If a client so chooses, both our Full Service Recruiting Engagement and our Search & Qualification services can incorporate our unique Enabling Talent Alignment® methodology. This valuable refinement, when added to an already robust recruiting process, helps to ensure that not only are all candidates carefully screened and evaluated to determine how well they conform to the position requirements based on knowledge, skills, experience and core job related competencies, but are also tested to determine if their personality and behavioral traits are aligned with benchmarks which are established for these same characteristics using top performers in that position within the client’s own organization and/or industry.

Full Service Recruiting Engagement Top
Full Service Recruiting Engagement is the flagship of our recruiting services and encompasses all phases of our 15 Step Recruiting Process and use of our Quality Control Tools that to deliver the full range of our most in-depth and comprehensive recruiting service offering.
This service is designed for those clients who need an experienced recruiting team with a complete compliment of leading edge recruiting methods, coupled with state of the art search techniques and high levels of capability in the qualification and assessment of senior level talent that is difficult to locate and equally challenging to recruit.
Search & Qualification Top
The Search and Qualification services are ideal for those clients who prefer to manage the candidate development process once the search and qualification phases have produced a sufficient quantity and quality of qualified candidates.
By utilizing the same methods and technology that are included in steps 1 through 6 of our 15 Step Recruiting Process, we are quickly able to generate candidates who are both qualified and interested for further qualification and development by your staff. This service includes the use of three of our Quality Control Tools; the Search Assignment Profile, the Candidate Executive Summary and the 10-Point Candidate Scorecard.
By using this service to reduce the time your staff spends on sourcing, pre-screening and preliminary qualifying, you can concentrate on handling the most crucial stages of the recruiting process as the search narrows in on a few select candidates for final evaluation.

Candidate Locator Top
The Candidate Locator service is designed to quickly generate a contact list of potential candidates for qualification and development by the client’s staff.
This service is designed for those clients who prefer to manage the entire candidate selection, pre-screening, qualification, development and placement negotiating process, only requiring the services of a highly qualified research team to generate a specific quantity of contact names and information, with no pre-qualification services. If you have sufficient resources and time to manage the majority of the process, but simply can’t find or don’t have the time to generate the preliminary leads, let us help you gather the contact names, titles and either phone numbers or email addresses to jump start your search.
We begin by developing a Research Profile that includes the title(s) of contacts you are looking for and a list of the source companies where they may be working. We then engage our research team and apply our leading edge technology to identify specific contacts that fit the profile. At that point we provide you with a Contact Report that includes the contacts name and specific information such as company, title, email address, and telephone numbers(s). These contacts can come from any company you identify such as direct competitors or other sources we may suggest in developing the Research Profile. The Contact Report is emailed to you daily until we complete the total number of names contracted for. The information contained in the Contact Report is yours to do with what you want. If we provide you with a contact that does not for some reason satisfy the criteria in our Research Profile, we will gladly replace it at no charge.
