Achiever Case Studies
North American Lighting - Utilizes the non-exempt Scoreboard testing series to select employees to work in teams for the Mercedes, Toyota and Nissan lighting harness manufacturing plants in the United States. The first plant to begin using the Scoreboard testing now has higher production levels, the fewest quality control problems, the highest retention rate and lower workmen's compensation costs than any other plant of its kind in the United States.
Nextel - After testing Nextel's most successful salespeople on the Achiever to set up benchmarks, they assessed over 500 customer service people to determine which had the aptitudes and behaviors to become successful in sales, thus enabling management to make better decisions more objectively and fairly as to which customer service people to put into sales.
Red Robin Restaurants - Uses the web-based Achiever/Scoreboard to select better Managers/Servers to facilitate more rapid growth and productivity.
