A TalentCare Group / CRI Alliance
Our Mission - Enabling Talent Alignment®
The application of cost effective and validated methodologies, leveraged through technology, to align companies and candidates in their mutual evaluation and selection process.
Our Focus
To facilitate increased productivity and “bottom line” results for small and medium sized organizations through improved quality of decisions in the building of world-class talent teams.
Announcement
TalentCare Group, LLC is extremely pleased to announce a strategic alliance with Candidate Resources, Inc. (CRI). This alliance provides us with valuable enhancements to our existing suite of human capital services for the benefit of our clients, both organizations and candidates alike.
Utilizing proven methodologies, combined with state-of-the-art technology, we have dramatically improved our clients’ ability to identify, attract, assess, hire and retain the most qualified and “appropriate” candidates, when building or re-building their most mission critical teams.
Simultaneously, this enhances our ability to deepen the value of our career consulting with candidates. We can now better coach and advise on how their inherent strengths and preferences may influence their probability of success in a specific position within a prospective employer’s organization.
This exclusive alliance allows us to incorporate into our already robust processes the premier employment pre-screening and personality assessment tools in the market today, including aptitude and behavioral assessments and specialized performance comparison and benchmarking development applications.
These methods and utilities can be used to refine and improve not only the new hire evaluation and selection process, but can also be used to establish benchmarks and guidelines for evaluating individuals and functional groups within an organization. In addition, it can be readily adapted for creating individual and group performance development programs in response to the various demands for change, restructuring and continuous improvement placed upon an organization.
In addition to the extensive consulting services already available from TalentCare Group, as an option, we can now train and coach your staff in how to administer and interpret these valuable assessment reports. We can also integrate much of the technology used in delivering these tools into your existing career management sites or systems, including pre-screening technologies to differentiate qualified applicants from job-seekers with reporting and auditing capabilities that are compliant with all current EEOC and Federal regulatory requirements.
Depending upon your IS protocols and policies, we can provide downloads or port your company’s data to your corporate data warehouse or HRIS system, or host and maintain the entire system and data from within our secure environment. The choice is yours.
There are numerous vendors in the marketplace today trying to imitate or duplicate this comprehensive and widely validated system. One of the largest job boards has already tried repeatedly to acquire the licensing rights to this unique patent-pending methodology. It is not for sale to mass marketers or distribution channels that would depreciate the integrity and ultimately reduce the effectiveness of this proven system.
Many of the world’s largest organizations are currently using these techniques and tools to improve their overall performance. Let us show you what they now know and why it takes an understanding of the correlation between both aptitudes and behaviors to validate the “mind” and “ability” link between top talent candidates and the true requirements of the job.

About CRI
For more than 40 years Candidate Resources, Inc. (CRI) has provided assessment tools to companies worldwide. Originally, CRI’s clients sent applicants and employees to designated test locations and interviewed with the following standardized tests being utilized: Wonderlic, Thurston, California Intelligence Test, Stanford Binet, 16 PF, MMPI and Strong Campbell. In the mid 1970’s, CRI was the first company in America to initiate concurrent validation with one test covering both mental aptitudes and personality characteristics.
When leading clients expressed a need for better, faster, more accurate and more economical tools, CRI evolved to providing the first business-oriented assessment tool ever available. Created by their own psychologists, the assessments measure six Mental Aptitudes, ten Personality Dimensions and two validity scales designed to ascertain how accurately the person responded to the questions. Now called “the Achiever”, this primary assessment tool serves as the basis for a myriad of product derivatives and extensive related services. The assessment tool and evaluation process can be customized based on Client need, assessments are done completely on-line, and the program is easy to administrate with full technical and product support available.
We are pleased to announce that CRI has formed an alliance with TalentCare Group, a member of the IRG network of over 1000 nationally recognized independent recruiters, researchers and consultants, to make these much needed tools and methodologies available in a very scalable and affordable manner to a select number of our leading clients and top level candidates.
Validation
The assessment tool is not a clinical instrument, but a management tool that is admissible by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance (in conjunction with ADA regulations). Thousands of job studies have been performed, identifying the mental aptitudes and personality traits of successful people in all types of jobs within all types of companies. These studies, which represent a concurrent validation process, have resulted in a vast database of benchmarks by job against which an employer (or recruiter) can initially assess and compare applicants. In other words, hiring managers can compare applicants against the benchmarks of people in similar jobs who excel in their roles and who share certain characteristics that make them a success. This “best practice” approach sets the organizational bar in terms of job specifics, and cultural fit requirements.
Clients
Our services have been successfully used by clients such as General Electric, Toyota, Time Warner Cable, McGraw-Hill, Marconi, Cendant Corporation, Honeywell Consumer Products, U S Food Service, Sprint, Federal Express, Avis, Brinks Home Security, CitiTravel, Haverty's, Gemological Institute of America, InfoCision, The U.S. Army, U.S. Department of Defense, University of Phoenix, TAC Americas, Sofa Express, Dish Network, Pitney Bowes, Hard Rock Café and many other leading organizations.
